We engaged Flexi for a complete kitchen renovation and then during the kitchen build decided to remodel the outdoor BBQ/alfresco space which we also engaged Flexi to do as we were comfortable with them and had a good experience with the kitchen. Both areas have made a big difference in our house. From the design process with Ross through to the tradespeople used (including Sam, jack-of-all trades) through to the install team and Andy all overseen by Craig they were polite, punctual and efficient. The couple of small issues we had were rectified promptly and without question. Would happily recommend Flexi to others looking for a renovation project.

I made a purchase of two reclining sofas in January of this year due to Covid. I knew there was going to be a long wait which is fine when dealing with staff in store they were very helpful. The part that I was unhappy with was that no staff member told me about the cashback offer of when you spend over $1000 or more you can earn back $50 per thousand dollars you spend. I had an account and there was no money put onto my account. My purchase was over $5000. I was going to come back in and purchase a rug for my lounge room but after finding out that I didn’t have the money on my account to put towards the purchase. I ended up, leaving and buying my rug at a competitor, I was very disappointed. As I do like coming inside the store as you always have lovely home wares, I was looking forward to spending that reward purchasing something else in store.

Since they have put in place the use of a rechargeable card, where they refuse my money unless I charge it onto their card for printing, I have stopped going to Officeworks for any reason.While I have been considering buying a printer, I have been taking my business elsewhere.

We're a medical clinic hoping to create an account where we can regularly source our office supply from Office national, then to receive a phone all asking if we are serious to create an account.We were asked if this is a serious relationship or just pressing a wrong button on their website.Advised to purchase without an account instead, quite an odd experience compare to other Office National branch in other states. Wouldn't you try to understand that as a company, having an account would be easier when we need to follow up on receipts and previously placed orders?

If you want to be disappointed time and time again, shop here!Bought our first couch with a promise it would be there within 3 months … almost darn near 9 months later it came and wasn’t even the colour we ordered!Thinking maybe they were busy and what not, I bought a couch from them again a year later (Nov 2022) and it arrived (Mar 2023) with a horrible rip in it. Are you kidding me ??? So I paid roughly $3,000+ on a couch, for it to be ripped wherever it came from. someone came to stitch it up, letting us know there will be a slight stitch line. Are you KIDDING? For the money I paid, I’d want a bran new couch, hell I’d even take a $100 gift voucher if you want a returning customer.NOT. HAPPY.You guys really don’t care about your customers huh….

We were really happy from the first day of our interaction with Nichole. The design sessions, experience and continuous patience to modify the design to include finer details were really commanding. The actual experience started during the installation, where the seamless installation, attention to details, and customer service were at its best. I was really touched when everything was finished, but still Nichole visited the house to do a final inspection, and recommended to replace few things that we haven't observed. The quality of the material was high standard. Its completely transformed the look of my house. Thank you Nichole, Jenny and the Topwardrobe team.
